Our idea was to help people recover this piece of their identity. And so we created a web application for our client. www.pilothandwriting.com let people turn their handwriting into a digital font, enabling them to write by hand on the computer.

But more importantly, people started using this website to write and send the world’s first-ever handwritten e-mails. And that’s how it went viral.
